Julie

Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration from Cornell University,  a post graduate certificate from the University of Manchester’s Institute of Development Policy and Management and a post-graduate certificate in Asset Management from Cornell University.

She started her career in the Hospitality business for a period of 10 years in various operational and corporate positions within Alliance Hotels and Resorts. She then took up the post of Group Human Resources and Marketing Director for the Alliance Group covering various industry sectors including education and agriculture in addition to tourism for a period of 10 years. She has since held a similar post for Kenedco Ltd for the last five years in addition to establishing various other enterprises including Extreme Outdoors Africa, Africa Extreme and Jade Holdings Ltd.

She is currently the VP of Women in Motorcycling for FIM – Africa and also sits on the Global Board of Ambassadors Football as the Africa representative. She has previously held positions on the Council for the East African Wildlife Society and the board of The Cluster Foundation.
