Wilfred is the Finance officer and Fund Manager of the wildlife Conservation Fund. He is an MBA Graduate with work experience on Impact Investment and is social investing professional. He is also an experienced banker having worked as Vice President, Citi Bank New York.   He is an Alumni the Washington Campus for public policy education for executives and has a balanced career experience and education in Finance, Investments, Strategy and Operations among others.

He has advanced financial modeling skills with firsthand experience and perspective working with multi-national, cross borders/cultural organizations and people.

Previous positions held include Africa Investment Officer – Grassroots Business Fund (2013),Citi Bank (New York, USA) ( 2007 – 2012),Vice President-Finance – Citi Cards (2010- 2012),AVP – GTS Business Treasury and Analytics (2008-2010) at GTS Treasury group USA, Sr. Analyst – Global Transaction Services (2007-2008) , Finance Manager/ Administrator – International Fund for Animal Welfare (Africa) ( 2000 – December 2003) , Finance Officer – Woodmere Serviced Apartments (Nairobi/Kenya) (1998 – 2000)

He is also the Author of ‘The Slum Dreamer’(amazon.com) – memoir about life in Kibera- Africa’s biggest slum.
